We know it can be daunting when you are faced with the prospect of raising the required funds to take part in a GVI programme. However, with proper planning, a good imagination and lots of friendly determination, fundraising will be successful and can even be fun!

GVI is here to support you all the way. As well as providing you with hints and tips on tried and tested methods of fundraising, GVI is happy to provide you with additional materials and information specific to your programme to help you in your fundraising campaign. Many of the GVI team had to raise funds for their own overseas volunteering and we have all helped volunteers get started fundraising for GVI programmes. By compiling our fundraising wisdom into a downloadable Fundraising Guide, we hope to give you useful and encouraging ideas to set up your own fundraising campaign.
