Volunteer Travel in the Seychelles
As a collection of 115 gorgeous paradise islands with turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and fantastic tropical interiors; it is unsurprising that Seychelles has almost become a byword for idyllic destinations. With a relaxed atmosphere stirred up by the unmistakable rhythms and influences of the African continent and a little bit of enchantment in the form of gris-gris, the local brand of black magic, the Seychelles is a splendid place in which to volunteer overseas.
Many rare species of birds are found in large numbers on some of the islands (such as Cousin Island which at just 1 km in diameter has over 300,000 birds nesting on it), making the Seychelles a Mecca of sorts for birdwatchers. With a variety of endemic plant species and a plethora of marine life around the fantastic coral islands, if you go on an expedition through the Seychelles you will find yourself in a rich and colorful paradise no brochure could ever do justice.
