I just wanted to send you all a brief email to thank you for all your efforts in making my time in Nepal such a wonderful experience. I have just arrived back home in Australia after a couple additional of weeks in India, which combined with my 6 weeks with you will remain with me forever.

From my initial Kathmandu tour, to our time in Pokhara, my rafting and trekking, and even to the arrangement of my Indian visa and onward transport, no stone was left unturned to ensure I was given 5 star service.

What makes this effort all that more special was the difficult political climate in which you had to operate. I realise you must have had many people and issues to consider but at no point did the level of professionalism ever drop below first rate. The mere fact that we were still able to see and experience so much of your amazing country while all that was going on around us is testament to the quality of management and staff.

A special thank you must go to Pashupati and the Pokhara Base Camp team for all their enthusiasm and help. The atmosphere there is great and all the guys were brilliant. We were looked after so well - from food and accommodation, to help with the kid's activities, when we were sick, and not to mention answering our endless questions and requests. Everyday they were on hand to help in any way they could.

I have already made mention to my family and friends the amazing treatment we were given (my Mum was especially pleased to know how safe we were) and will have no hesitations in recommending you to anyone looking to experience all that Nepal has to offer. I am pretty sure you will be seeing me again in the not too distant future.
